The staff were genuinely helpful. I found them to be very cute. my room included a comfortable bed and all necessary amenities. the location was superb. I could easily walk to the beach and nearby attractions. the breakfast had a nice variety.
the parking fee felt a bit unnecessary, especially considering i was a guest at the hotel.

the room was initially fine however the mattress was hard and lumpy the duvet was very thin it did not keep us warm enough a pool of water looked on the windowsill in the morning rain had found its way through the closed window the bathroom door squeaked when closing so this disturbed my partner.

the hotel's location charmed me with the sea so close and a short walk to the theatre. the staff were very helpful ensuring we felt cared for and restaurant staff made sure everything was perfect. i found the service to be great.
the room had an issue as i was unable to open the window and i couldn't get any fresh air. the air conditioning was quite noisy. i had trouble sleeping with it running

the location was AMAZING with the marina and beach only seconds away. rooms are clean I really liked that. i really thank a staff member that organised a special room so i could offer my prayers.
i checked in after a long day. i was told i must pay for the room again. i already paid with hotels dot com.
